Harvest Fest at the Zoo

We spent Saturday at the Zoo for the Harvest Festival. I loved it. This was my second time to the zoo and I really am starting to recognize some of the animals. Watching the Polar Bear swim was a great start to the day. Later mommy and I rode the merry go round. Then daddy and I went into the Butterfly exhibit. We ended by watching The Flying MonkeyMan Band sing children's songs. What a great day.

Go Boilers!

It's college football season! Daddy and I are really enjoying our Saturdays. The Boilermakers are off to a good start. I told Daddy that it is because of my new Purdue jersey which I wear every Saturday. Next thing we know, Papa Leveque will ask me to wear a USC jersey. Daddy just reminded me that they really have not needed much luck over the last couple years.

Hendrix, Allman, King, Clapton, Vaughan, Page.....

Daddy has mentioned some of the great guitarist: Hendrix, Allman, King, Clapton, Johnson, Berry, Vaughan, Cooder, Page, Richards, etc. Blah, Blah, Blah. Who are they and what do they have on me?

Mommy and I have been going to Music for Aardvarks music class for children. The class really rocks and I love all the music instruments. My vocals are difficult to understand but I make a bunch of noise.

Walker?

Who said this walking thing is difficult? I still cannot do it on my own but with a little assistance from my Fisher-Price walker I am all over the place. Not bad for 10 months old.

Labor Day Vacation

Mommy and I needed a break from the Memphis heat so we took a vacation. That's right, we left dad behind and headed to Hilton Head Island to see Nana and Papa.
